. . . as seen in The Knot!

owner, creative, stylist

{love at first sight}
I have always wanted to be a Bride.
I have memories of playing one in my neighbors' driveway with “Going to the Chapel” blaring on rewind from a boom box (on tape) while I paced back and forth holding a boutique of yanked garden flowers.
(true story)
Bridal had always been an “ultimate” level of beauty to me, to be “The Bride”. It’s what started my competitive years attending FIT for my BFA in design with big dreams of being the next Vera or Carolina.  But life happens and courses change, so I found myself pursuing more practical opportunities.
. . .

{old flame}
Until three years ago a little-known (I mean mega) bridal go-to publication called The Knot, asked me to style for their fashion editorials. One touch of those gowns and all of the old-cozy feelings came rushing back, and I have been happily styling their issues and covers (pinch me!) ever since.
. . .

{always a bridesmaid}
After thirteen years (yes 13!) of dating my high school sweetheart, my time to walk down the real aisle was here, and I was able to bring my love of design + bridal styling together. I started planning my wedding the only way I knew best: pencil to paper, visually sketching the details. From the tabletop, to the flowers, down to the details of etched votives, our wedding was brought to life and the WellStyled process was created.
